Ching Patel, Founder and CEO, created Palatium Properties to provide everyday investors access to the institutional-grade real estate deals that are normally reserved for only the largest investors. From 2020 to 2022 Palatium Properties has raised over £5 million of pounds across 5 projects from commercial banks and non-institutional lenders. The vision is to grow this to over £100m in the next 10 years.

Not only do we raise funds from banks and private investors but we build all our projects in house, we have a fully skilled team, all employed full time, from plumbers & electricians to carpenters and labourers, nothing is outsourced unless it really requires exceptionally technical work. This allows us to have complete control over build times, quality & costs to name a few. Our real passion is in the build, we love what we do and we love even more the end product. Grow it.

Having the ability to purchase your own assets with the option to build to sell or build to rent gives us the best chance to grow our portfolio as well. We don’t only give exceptional returns to our investors as well as being able to build out all the projects but we also retain most of our developments for rental income and asset appreciation. There are 2 main benefits to this, not only the financial growth that we get over time and the passive monthly income but more importantly we get to grown with our tenants.
